Current Sermon Series
This summer we learn with the ancient Christians in the city of Colosse about the God who became one of us so that we might live forever with him.
The Apostle’s Paul’s letter to Christians in Colosse maintains a sharp focus on Jesus, God’s Son and the Savior of all. He describes who Jesus is, what he has done for us, and how that transforms our lives. To read this letter, tap here.
Spring sermon series
May 19/20: Pastor Heath Butler from Wisconsin Lutheran High School leads us to see how “Glimpses of Glory Provide a Breath of Fresh Air” (Revelation 21:1-6).
May 24: Memorial Day leads us to remember those who sacrificed for our country. Knowing people like that are out there leads us to sleep a little better at night. Even more so, we find comfort knowing our almighty God and his powerful angels are keeping watch over us (2 Kings 6:15-17)
June 2/3: This Sunday we rejoice in the assurances of Jesus’ ascension into heaven and his recoronation as the King of kings. Pastor James Aderman’s message from Numbers 6:22-27 demonstrates how Jesus’ ultimate position is a blessing to us so we are empowered to bless others.
June 9/10: Today we celebrate Pentecost and the empowering of the Holy Spirit that brings the gospel to the world through his Church. Pastor Keith Free, the directors of our synod’s home mission program, is our speaker. This is also the weekend that we gather our offering to support gospel outreach in Vietnam. Read more here.
